Milk Teeth are a grunge/punk band from Bristol, UK. I don’t even know where to start with this album aside from how fucking fun it is. Each track holds a pretty steady pace, showcasing the grunge influence, but they all pack a punch. Though the vibes aren’t necessarily dark on this album, you can hear just how pissed off the male vocals are (They actually remind me a bit of The Murder City Devils). There is also a pleasant female voice that enters in over the chunky distortion adding a new dynamic to the music. Among the primarily punk-influenced writing that comes from 5 of the tracks on this album, the track Swear Jar stands out as a song that you could have heard from a 90s indie/grunge band. Over all, the songs on this album fit together amazingly to form an album that really takes its influence from different genres and blends them quite well, allowing each one to shine in its own way.
